Find Winning Idea: Kasimdzhanov-Mamedyarov 0-1

Here is an interesting game form the sixth round at the London Chess Grand Prix. Rustam Kasimdzhanov took on Shakhriyar Mamedyarov in a Semi-Slav game where White seemed to be going along fine. But, Mamedyarov was waiting for his opportunities and Kasimdzhanov played 38.Rbd2. Find the winning idea/combination for Black.

The White King is pretty cornered with a mating threat. Trying to save that on the King side, White cannot stop Black from rolling the a-pawn. There is also the threat of Black Rook going to g4. Quite a few problems for White really. Check out the game in the Chess King applet.
